I have sensitive skin, so I’m always a little nervous trying new stuff, but this didn’t irritate me at all, which doesn’t happen often. Shipping was a bit slower than I expected, but overall I’m happy with it. I’d probably buy it again — anyone else with sensitive skin have the same experience?

Everything was easy from start to finish, but I’ll be honest, waiting around for updates was frustrating. Once it finally moved along, it showed up quicker than I expected, so that helped.

It came fast, quicker than I expected — so I was happy with that.

I had a problem with my order and it was annoying at first. It felt like it had been handled carelessly, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. Support did eventually reply and fix it, but it took longer than I was hoping. Overall it turned out okay, but the process could definitely be smoother.

My card was charged, but the order never actually got confirmed. How does that even happen? I reached out to support, but they were really slow to respond, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. Who wants to chase down an order after already paying for it?

i really wanted to like the whole experience, but the packaging just felt a little off to me. it looks clean and nice in the photos, but in person it was way too plain and not that practical. one of the boxes showed up a bit bent, and the stuff inside felt like it was just loosely packed. for the price, i was expecting something sturdier and a little more thought out. it’s not awful or anything, just kind of underwhelming. the design is simple, maybe a little too simple for my taste. i’ll still use the product, but the unboxing wasn’t great

I really liked the look of this and thought it would be a nice discreet option, but the noise is not subtle at all. I can hear it clearly through the door, which kind of defeats the purpose for me. I barely use it now, and I feel like the product description should be more upfront about how loud it actually is.

Support got back to me really fast, which was a nice surprise. I don’t know if I just lucked out, but it made the whole thing feel a lot easier, you know?

Not sure what was going on, but the pages kept taking forever to load. I was just trying to get through it and it felt way slower than it should have been.

The stuff itself is decent enough and does what it’s supposed to, so I can’t complain too much. But the pricing feels only sort of fair, like they got a little too confident for no damn reason. Not terrible, just a bit annoying

I really wanted to like this because the body-safe ingredients are a big plus for me. But it just didn’t work that well in my experience and felt kind of overhyped. I also didn’t feel super confident reaching out to customer service about it because I’ve had enough situations where companies just brush you off or give generic replies. Not the worst product ever, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I tried it twice hoping I’d notice something, but i didn’t feel much of a difference. Compared to other products I’ve used, this one just didn’t really stand out for me.

It’s good overall and I like that it feels inclusive, but there’s still some stuff they could do better. Not bad at all, just not perfect yet...

I liked these a lot more than the usual ones I’ve tried. The fit was snug but not uncomfortable, and they felt thinner without feeling flimsy or sketchy (which I was a little worried about at first). No weird smell either, which is always a plus. Ordering from Maude was super easy too. I’d definitely buy them again...

I ended up having to return one of the items because I accidentally ordered the wrong thing, which was totally my mistake. I reached out to support expecting it might turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth situations, but thankfully that wasn’t the case at all. They got back to me quickly, explained what I needed to do, and the whole return felt straightforward. After I sent it back, the refund showed up a few days later without any weird delays or extra hassle. i really appreciated how easy they made it, because returns can sometimes be such a pain.

It had a really good glide when I first started using it, which I liked a lot. After a while though it got a little sticky, maybe from being used more, even though I feel like that should mean it stays smoother somehow. Still decent, just not as slick as it was at the beginning.

I thought the site was easy to get around, and the product pages looked nice. Something about it felt clean and simple, which I liked. The basics were there, like ingredients and how to use the products, but some of the info felt a little too brief for me. I would’ve liked clearer answers about sizing, what to expect, and maybe more straightforward comparisons between similar items. Overall, not a bad experience, I just wish I didn’t have to click around so much or guess on a few things before buying.
